Shana is a digital strategist, producer, and designer with decades of professional experience and talent for delivering both exquisite designs and powerful solutions that make work life better.  Shana's background in process improvement and workflow engineering offer valuable insight when solving problems. Prior to founding Streamline, Shana led transformative initiatives for Department of Defense (DOD), Defense Information System Agency (DISA), General Services Administration (GSA), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), as well as startups and nonprofits.

She dedicates her spare time to advocacy work in education, community development, and mental health.
